How to File a DMCA Notice

Your request must include all of the following information:

1. Your contact details
   Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work
   A description of the work in question. If several works are covered, you may submit a single list.
3. Location of the infringing content
   Provide the exact URL(s) on clasroomtube where the material appears.
4. Good faith statement
   A declaration that you genuinely believe the disputed material is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement
   A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
6. Signature
   A typed, electronic, or physical signature will be accepted.

Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification through our contact form. A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your full contact information.
2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location on clasroomtube.
3. A sworn statement that the takedown was due to error or misidentification.
4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where clasroomtube operates) and acceptance of service from the original complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

After a valid counter-notice is received, the content may be restored within 10 business days unless the complainant notifies us that legal action has been filed.

Repeat Infringers

Users who repeatedly upload infringing material may face account suspension or permanent termination. Infringing content may also be removed at our discretion without prior notice.

False Claims
